Code § 42-1681","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a)\nFor purposes of this chapter, the term:\n(1)\n\"Department\" means the Department of Housing and Community Development.\n(2)\n\"Funeral services establishment\" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 3-402(11).\n(3)\n\"Heir\" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 20-101(c).\n(4)\n\"Legatee\" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 20-101(g).\n(5)\n\"Survivor of the deceased\" means any individual with whom funeral services are being arranged.","path":["Title 42.
