Code § 42-2203","heading":"Sources of monies for loans.","body":"The fund shall consist of, but not be limited to, monies from the following sources:\n\n(1)\nAppropriations pursuant to this chapter;\n\n(2)\nGrants and gifts from public or private sources to the fund or to the District for the purposes of the fund;\n\n(3)\nRepayments on principal and any interest on loans provided from the fund;\n\n(4)\nProceeds realized from the liquidation of any security interests held by the District under the terms of any assistance provided from the fund;\n\n(5)\nInterest earned from the deposit or investment of monies of the fund;\n\n(6)\nMonies appropriated for the fund by the United States government; and\n\n(7)\nAll other revenues, receipts, and fees derived from the operation of the fund.","path":["Title 42.
