Code § 42-3131.09","heading":"Fees.","body":"(a)\nThe owner of a vacant building shall register the building and pay registration fees within 90 days after it becomes a vacant building.\n\n(b)\nFees for registration and renewal shall be as follows:\n(1)\nThe initial registration fee shall be $350; and\n(2)\nThe renewal registration fee shall be $500.\n\n(c)\nThe Mayor may increase the fees set forth in subsection (b) of this section through rules issued pursuant to § 42-3131.21.","path":["Title 42.
