Code § 42-3131.16","heading":"Transmission of list by Mayor.","body":"(a)\nNo less than once a week, the Mayor shall transmit to the Office of Tax and Revenue a list of buildings:\n(1)\nRegistered or designated as vacant;\n(2)\nDesignated as blighted vacant; and\n(3)\nFor which the time period to issue a notice of final determination under § 42-3131.15 has expired or a notice of final determination has been issued under § 42-3131.15 and administrative appeals have been exhausted or expired.\n\n(b)\nThe list shall be in the form and medium prescribed by the Office of Tax and Revenue.\n\n(c)\nBuildings shall remain on the list required by this section until a change in classification is approved.\n\n(d)\nThe Mayor and the Office of Tax and Revenue shall develop a procedure to reconcile any material differences between information retained by the Department of Buildings regarding buildings registered or designated as vacant or designated as blighted vacant, and buildings taxed as Class 3 or 4, on at least a monthly basis.","path":["Title 42.
