Code § 42-3671.06","heading":"Prohibited practices.","body":"A lease-purchase agreement shall not contain:\n\n(1)\nA confession of judgment;\n\n(2)\nA negotiable instrument;\n\n(3)\nA security interest or any other claim of a property interest in any goods except those goods delivered by the lessor under the lease-purchase agreement;\n\n(4)\nA wage assignment;\n\n(5)\nA waiver by the consumer of claims or defenses; or\n\n(6)\nA provision authorizing the lessor, or the lessor’s agent, to enter upon the consumer’s premises or to commit any breach of the peace in the repossession of goods.","path":["Title 42.
