Code § 44-110.09","heading":"Kitchen.","body":"An ALR shall provide a kitchen that has the following:\n\n(1)\nStorage, refrigerator, or freezer space for perishable and nonperishable foods;\n\n(2)\nFood preparation areas with cleanable surfaces;\n\n(3)\nEquipment to prepare and serve food at safe and palatable temperatures; and\n\n(4)\nSufficient equipment and staffing to be in compliance with section 1116 of Title 14 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations, as those regulations are applicable to boarding houses.","path":["Title 44.
