Code § 44-532.04","heading":"Refusal to Issue or Renew License; Revocation or Suspension.","body":"(a)\nThe Mayor may refuse to issue, or to renew, or may revoke or suspend, the license of a center for any of the following reasons:\n(1)\nViolation of any provision of this subchapter;\n(2)\nKnowingly furnishing false or misleading information to the Mayor, or failure to furnish information requested;\n(3)\nKnowingly furnishing false, misleading or fraudulent information regarding the center to the public;\n(4)\nImminent danger to public health or welfare;\n(5)\nFailure to maintain acceptable standards of cleanliness and sanitation required of surgical units.","path":["Title 44.
