Code § 44-951.15","heading":"General Counsel.","body":"(a)\nThe Corporation may have a General Counsel who shall:\n(1)\nBe appointed by the CEO;\n(2)\nBe an attorney admitted in good-standing to the practice of law in the District of Columbia;\n(3)\nBe qualified by experience and training to advise the Corporation with respect to legal issues related to its powers and duties;\n(4)\nHave an attorney-client relationship with the Corporation; and\n(5)\nAdvocate vigorously for the positions of the Corporation on legal issues.\n\n(b)\nThe General Counsel, with the consent of the CEO, may employ staff attorneys and other personnel.","path":["Title 44.
