To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n  \n\n(a)\nBy December 31, 2022, the United Medical Center shall cease admitting new patients.\n\n(b)\nBy January 31, 2023, the United Medical Center shall cease patient operations.\n\n(c)\nOn January 31, 2023, the Corporation shall dissolve. All of its assets (including cash, accounts receivable, reserve funds, real or personal property, and contract and other rights), positions, personnel, and records, and the unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, and other funds available or to be made available to it, shall revert to the District.\n\n(d)\nThe Office of the Chief Financial Officer shall ensure that the Fiscal Year 2023 year-end audit for the Not-for-Profit Hospital Corporation is executed properly.","path":["Title 99.
