Code § 47-2887.08","heading":"Registration and renewal fees.","body":"(a)\nAn application for registration or renewal of registration must be accompanied by a fee established pursuant to subsection (b) of this section.\n\n(b)\nThe Mayor shall, by rule, establish reasonable fees for:\n(1)\nAn initial application for registration;\n(2)\nAn application for registration based upon a certificate of registration or licensure issued by another State;\n(3)\nAn application for renewal of registration; and\n(4)\nAn application for renewal of registration based upon an application for renewal of registration or licensure submitted in another State.","path":["Title 47.
