Code § 47-319.02","heading":"Composition.","body":"(a)\nThe Committee shall consist of 9 members as follows:\n(1)\nCity Administrator or his or her designee, provided that the designee shall have the full authority of the City Administrator;\n(2)\nBudget Director for the Council;\n(3)\nInspector General (“IG”) or his or her designee, provided that the designee shall have the full authority of the IG;\n(4)\nChief Financial Officer (“CFO”) or his or her designee, provided that the designee shall have the full authority of the CFO;\n(5)\nDirector of the Office of Personnel (“Director”) or his or her designee, provided that the designee shall have the full authority of the Director;\n(6)\nAuditor or his or her designee, provided that the designee shall have the full authority of the Auditor;\n(7)\nChief Information Officer;\n(8)\nOne person designated by the Chairman of the Council Committee of the Whole; and\n(9)\nOne person designated by the Chairman of the Council Committee on Government Operations.\n\n(b)\nThe City Administrator shall serve as the chair of the Committee.\n\n(c)\nFour members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum.","path":["Title 47.
