Code § 47-337","heading":"Capital Review and Debt Affordability Committee.","body":"(a)\nThere is established a Capital Review and Debt Affordability Committee.\n\n(b)\nThe Committee shall consist of the following 5 members:\n(1)\nOne individual appointed by the Mayor; and\n(2)\nThe following 4 ex officio members:\n(A)\nThe City Administrator;\n(B)\nThe Chief Financial Officer;\n(C)\nThe Director of the Department of Public Works; and\n(D)\nThe Chairman of the Council.\n\n(c)\nThe Chief Financial Officer shall serve as the chairperson of the Committee.\n\n(d)\nThe chairperson shall call meetings of the Committee as needed to perform its duties.","path":["Title 47.
