Code § 48-711","heading":"Criminal action.","body":"A person who willfully violates § 48-702(1) is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $5,000 for the first offense or $10,000 for the second or subsequent offense, imprisoned for not more than one year, or both. Each day that a violation continues is a separate violation under this chapter. The fines set forth in this section shall not be limited by § 22-3571.01.","path":["Title 48.
