Code § 48-714","heading":"Rules.","body":"(a)\nThe Mayor shall issue rules pursuant to this chapter in accordance with the provisions of subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2.\n\n(b)\nThe proposed rules shall include, but not be limited to:\n(1)\nA schedule of license fees;\n(2)\nStandards for the exemption of certain employees employed by a licensed manufacturer, distributor, or wholesaler;\n(3)\nProcedures to govern the issuance, denial, renewal, suspension, conversion, or revocation of a license; and\n(4)\nStandards pertaining to labeling, handling, recordkeeping, and storage.","path":["Title 48.
