Code § 5-1420","heading":"Office of the Chief Medical Examiner Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner Fund (\"Fund\"), which shall be administered by the Mayor in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.\n\n(b)\nAll funds from fees received by OCME for services provided pursuant to § 5-1404(a-1) shall be deposited in the Fund.\n\n(c)\nMoney in the Fund shall be used to support any personnel and non-personnel expenses associated with District fatality reviews, in addition to other agency expenses.\n\n(d)\nAny money remaining available in the Fund at the end of a fiscal year, as determined by the Chief Financial Officer in the fiscal year-end close, shall be transferred to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia as part of the fiscal year-end close.","path":["Title 5.
