Code § 5-1501.13","heading":"Stakeholder Council.","body":"(a)\nThere is established a Stakeholder Council, which shall consist of the following members:\n(1)\nThe Deputy Mayor for Public Safety and Justice;\n(2)\nThe Chief of MPD;\n(3)\nThe Chief Medical Examiner;\n(4)\nThe Attorney General;\n(5)\nThe United States Attorney for the District of Columbia;\n(6)\nThe Director of the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia;\n(7)\nThe Federal Public Defender for the District of Columbia;\n(8)\nThe Director of the Department of Health;\n(9)\nThe Chief of the Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department;\n(10)\nThe Director of the Department; and\n(10)\nNot Funded.\n(11)\nThe head of any other government agency that regularly utilizes the forensic science services or public health laboratory services of the Department.\n(12)\nNot Funded.\n(13)\nNot Funded.\n\n(b)\nThe chairperson of the Judiciary Committee of the Council of the District of Columbia shall be an ex officio, non-voting member of the Stakeholder Council.\n\n(c)\nThe members listed in subsection (a) of this section shall not be represented by a designee.\n\n(d)\nThe chairperson of the Stakeholder Council shall be the Deputy Mayor for Public Safety and Justice. In his or her absence, the Attorney General shall be the chairperson.\n(d)\nNot Funded.\n\n(e)\nThe Stakeholder Council shall meet no fewer than 2 times per year.
