Code § 50-1401.01c","heading":"Electronic transmission of voter registration information.","body":"(a)\nBeginning October 1, 2017, the Department of Motor Vehicles (\"Department\") shall electronically transmit to the District of Columbia Board of Elections the voter registration information of each applicant who did not decline to register to vote and stated that he or she is a citizen of the United States no later than 5 days after the date of its acceptance by the DMV.\n\n(b)\nThe electronic information submitted pursuant to subsection (a) of this section shall contain the applicant's:\n(1)\nLegal name;\n(2)\nDate of birth;\n(3)\nResidence;\n(4)\nMailing address;\n(5)\nPrevious voter registration address;\n(6)\nDMV-issued identification number or social security number;\n(7)\nParty affiliation;\n(8)\nResponse as to whether the applicant would like information on serving as a poll worker in the next election;\n(9)\nCitizenship information; and\n(10)\nElectronic signature.","path":["Title 50.
