Code § 50-1501.02f","heading":"Issuance of breast cancer awareness motor vehicle identification tags.","body":"(a)\nThe Mayor shall design and issue motor vehicle identification tags with a design, identifying words, or emblem that promotes breast cancer awareness.\n\n(b)\n(1)\nA resident ordering a breast cancer awareness motor vehicle identification tag shall pay a one-time application fee and a display fee each year thereafter. The application fee shall be $25 and the display fee shall be $20, or other amounts as may be established by the Mayor by rule.\n(2)\nThe application fee and annual display fee shall be deposited in the Community Health Care Financing Fund, established by § 7-1931.","path":["Title 50.
