Code § 50-1553","heading":"Application.","body":"To register for the pilot program established in § 50-1552, the applicant shall submit an application to the Director including:\n\n(1)\nThe applicant's legal name, business address, telephone number, and e-mail address;\n\n(2)\nA certification by the applicant that:\n(A)\nEach PDD is safe to operate on sidewalks, crosswalks, and public thoroughfares interconnected to sidewalks and crosswalks;\n(B)\nEach PDD will comply with the requirements and limitations provided in § 50-1555;\n(C)\nNo more than 5 PDDs will be operated by the applicant in the District;\n(D)\nThe person signing the application has reviewed it and determined that the information provided is true and accurate; and\n(E)\nThe person signing the application is authorized to sign and file the application;\n\n(3)\nThe proposed geographic locations within the District where the applicant intends to operate the PDDs; and\n\n(4)\nA nonrefundable fee of $250.","path":["Title 50.
