Code § 50-1951.02","heading":"Publication of collision data.","body":"(a)\nThe Mayor shall publish online, at least once per month, the following data related to each collision that occurred in the preceding month:\n(1)\nThe date and time of the collision;\n(2)\nThe type of motor vehicle or motor vehicles involved in the collision;\n(3)\nThe location, by ward and block or intersection, of the collision;\n(4)\nThe Police Service Area in which the collision occurred;\n(5)\nThe number of fatalities or injuries that result from the collision, disaggregated as follows:\n(A)\nThe number of motorists killed;\n(B)\nThe number of motorists injured;\n(C)\nThe number of passengers killed;\n(D)\nThe number of passengers injured;\n(E)\nThe number of bicyclists killed;\n(F)\nThe number of bicyclists injured;\n(G)\nThe number of pedestrians killed;\n(H)\nThe number of pedestrians injured;\n(6)\nAvailable demographic information about the person or persons involved in the collision, which shall be aggregated and describe any injuries sustained in the collision using the term \"minor\", \"serious\", \"critical\", or \"fatal\"; provided, that the Mayor shall not publish any personal information, including:\n(A)\nA person's name, address, photograph, or social security number;\n(B)\nIndividually identifiable health information, as that term is defined in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103; and\n(C)\nAny other information that could be used, on its own or in combination with other information, to identify, contact, or locate a person involved in a collision.[; and]\n(7)\nAs identified in MPD's crash report, the apparent human factor or factors that contributed to the collision, such as intoxication, driver inattention or distraction, speeding, or failure to yield.\n(8)\nNot Funded.\n\n(b)\nIf complete data about a collision is not available at the time of publication, the Mayor shall publish online the information that is available at the time of publication, and update the data as additional information becomes available.","path":["Title 50.
