Code § 50-1951.05","heading":"Publication of information relating to citizen petitions for traffic calming measures.","body":"(a)\nDDOT shall publish on its website, at least once per month, the following information related to citizen petitions for traffic calming measures submitted to the agency in the preceding month:\n(1)\nThe location of the requested traffic calming measure, by ward and block or intersection;\n(2)\nThe date that the citizen petition was submitted to the agency;\n(3)\nThe change or modification requested under the citizen petition for traffic calming; and\n(4)\nThe status of the citizen petition within the agency's review of citizen petitions for traffic calming measures.\n\n(a-1)\nNot Funded.\n\n(b)\nIf complete data about the citizen petitions for traffic calming measures is not available at the time of publication, DDOT shall publish the information that is available at the time of publication, and update the data as additional information becomes available.","path":["Title 50.
