Code § 50-1951.07","heading":"Biennial report on improving bicycle and pedestrian safety.","body":"(a)\nBy July 1, 2018, and every 2 years thereafter, DDOT, with input from other District agencies as needed, shall submit to the Council and make publicly available a report for improving bicycle and pedestrian safety, which shall include:\n(1)\nRecommendations on how to enhance the safety of bicyclists and pedestrians at intersections;\n(2)\nRecommendations on how arterial streets may be designed to minimize the risk of collisions with bicyclists and pedestrians;\n(3)\nRecommendations on how to enhance the safety of pedestrians at uncontrolled crosswalks; and\n(4)\nA timeline for implementing the recommendations contained in the report.\n\n(b)\nDDOT shall use the report required by subsection (a) of this section to develop strategies and plans to improve bicycle and pedestrian safety.","path":["Title 50.
