Code § 50-2201.07","heading":"Control over park system not affected by this part.","body":"Nothing contained in this part shall be construed to interfere with the exclusive charge and control prior to March 3, 1925, committed to the Director of the National Park Service over the park system of the District, and he or she is hereby authorized and empowered to make and enforce all regulations for the control of vehicles and traffic, and limiting the speed thereof on roads, highways, and bridges within the public grounds in the District, under his or her control, subject to the penalties prescribed in this part.","path":["Title 50.
