Code § 50-2204.51","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a)\nFor the purposes of this subchapter, the term:\n(1)\n\"All-terrain vehicle\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(2).\n(2)\n\"Bicycle\" shall have the same meaning as provided in 18 DCMR § 9901.1.\n(3)\n\"Dirt bike\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(6).\n(4)\n\"Electric mobility device\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(6A).\n(5)\n\"Motor vehicle\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-1301.02(4).\n(6)\n\"Motorcycle\" shall have the same meaning as provided in 18 DCMR § 9901.1.\n(7)\n\"Motorized bicycle\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(11A).\n(8)\n\"Motor-driven cycle\" shall have the same meaning as provided in 18 DCMR § 9901.1.\n(9)\n\"Pedestrian\" shall have the same meaning as provided in 18 DCMR § 9901.1.\n(10)\n\"Personal mobility device\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-2201.02(13).\n(11)\n\"Public highway\" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 50-1301.02(9).\n(12)\n\"Sidewalk\" shall have the same meaning as provided in 18 DCMR § 9901.1.\n(13)\n\"Vulnerable user\" means an individual using an all-terrain vehicle, bicycle, dirt bike, electric mobility device, motorcycle, motorized bicycle, motor-driven cycle, non-motorized scooter, personal mobility device, skateboard, or other similar device.","path":["Title 50.
