Code § 50-2671","heading":"Southwest Waterfront Park Bus Prohibition.","body":"(a)\nNo person shall operate or park a bus, as that term is defined in 24 DCMR § 3599.1, on:\n(1)\nThe streets within or adjacent to Record Lots 88, 89, or 90, in Square 473, including Water Street, S.W., and M Place, S.W., except the portions of Maine Avenue, S.W., and M Street, S.W., within or adjacent to Record Lots 88, 89, or 90 in Square 473; or\n(2)\nThe portion of Sixth Street, S.W., that is south of M Street, S.W.\n\n(b)\n(1)\nAny entity listed in 18 DCMR § 3002.1 or 3003.1 may issue a notice of infraction for a violation of subsection (a) of this section.\n(2)\nA person who violates subsection (a) of this section shall be fined $150.\n(3)\nA notice of infraction issued pursuant to this section shall be adjudicated pursuant to Chapter 23 of this title.","path":["Title 50.
