Code § 50-301.25b","heading":"Training of employees and operators.","body":"(a)\nA company that uses digital dispatch shall train associated operators:\n(1)\nIn how to properly and safely handle mobility devices and equipment and to treat an individual with disabilities in a respectful and courteous manner; and\n(2)\nOn District traffic laws and regulations, and the penalties for violating these laws and regulations, including:\n(A)\nThe rights and duties of motorists, which include not blocking the crosswalk or intersection, and not driving or stopping in a bicycle lane;\n(B)\nThe rights and duties of pedestrians; and\n(C)\nThe rights and duties of bicyclists.\n\n(b)\nCompletion of a public vehicle-for-hire operator's training course approved by the DFHV shall satisfy the operator training required by subsection (a) of this section.","path":["Title 50.
