Code § 50-704","heading":"Commercial vehicle restrictions.","body":"(a)\nExcept as otherwise provided in this chapter, the following vehicles are exempt from the purchase requirements contained in this chapter:\n(1)\nAny vehicle more than 26,000 pounds GVWR;\n(2)\nEmergency or law enforcement vehicles;\n(3)\nNonroad vehicles, including farm and construction vehicles;\n(4)\nVehicles in fleets operating in the covered area with fewer than 10 vehicles;\n(5)\nVehicles in a covered fleet not capable of being centrally fueled;\n(6)\nVehicles which are garaged under normal operations at a personal residence;\n(7)\nVehicles leased or rented to the general public;\n(8)\nNew car demonstration vehicles; and\n(9)\nVehicles used for product demonstrations and tests.\n\n(b)\nThe fact that one or more vehicles in a fleet is not centrally fueled does not exempt an entire fleet from the purchase requirements contained in this chapter.","path":["Title 50.
