Code § 50-903","heading":"Organization.","body":"There is hereby established in the DMV offices and divisions as follows:\n\n(1)\nThe Office of the Director, with subordinate staff offices as are required to carry out overall management responsibility for the office;\n\n(2)\nDivision of Adjudication, with subordinate staff offices as required, to coordinate and manage the functions as follows:\n(A)\nTraffic adjudication hearings;\n(B)\nTraffic adjudication processing; and\n(C)\nPublic space adjudication;\n\n(3)\nCustomer Services Division, with such subordinate staff offices as are required, to coordinate and manage the following functions for the District:\n(A)\nVehicle inspection;\n(B)\nVehicle registration; and\n(C)\nDriver testing, including medical reviews and insurance compliance; and\n\n(4)\nSupport Services Division, with such subordinate staff offices as are required to coordinate and manage the procurement, financial, technology and administrative functions for the Department of Motor Vehicles, and management of the personal property inventory for the Department of Motor Vehicles.","path":["Title 50.
