Code § 50-921.81","heading":"Definitions.","body":"(a)\nFor the purposes of this subchapter, the term:\n(1)\n\"DDOT\" means the District Department of Transportation.\n(2)\n\"Participant\" means an individual who has applied and been determined eligible for the Program within the prior 12 months, pursuant to § 50-921.84.\n(3)\n\"Program\" means the District Resident Transit Subsidy Program, established by § 50-921.82.\n(4)\n\"WMATA\" means the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority.","path":["Title 50.
