Code § 6-1007","heading":"Construction; severability.","body":"(a)\nTo the extent that any provisions of this subchapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any other laws within the jurisdiction of the Council, the provisions of this subchapter shall prevail and shall be deemed to supersede the provisions of such laws.\n\n(b)\nIf any provisions of this subchapter be held invalid, the remainder of the subchapter shall not be impaired thereby, but shall continue in full force and effect.","path":["Title 6.
