Code § 7-1203.02","heading":"Disclosures under law.","body":"Mental health information may be disclosed by a mental health professional or mental health facility where necessary and, to the extent necessary:\n\n(1)\nTo meet the requirements of § 21-586 (concerning financial responsibility for the care of hospitalized persons);\n\n(2)\nTo meet the compulsory reporting provisions of District or federal law that seek to promote human health and safety, including § 4-1371.12;\n\n(3)\nFor the purposes of and in accordance with Chapter 2B of this title [§ 7-241 et seq.]; or\n\n(4)\nTo meet the requirements of § 22-4234(b-3) and (d).","path":["Title 7.
