Code § 7-1231.13","heading":"Retention of civil rights.","body":"Consumers shall be presumed legally competent and retain all civil rights, unless otherwise limited by order of the court. As used in this section, the term “civil rights” shall include, but not be limited to, the rights to:\n\n(1)\nContract;\n\n(2)\nHold a professional, occupational, or motor vehicle driver’s license;\n\n(3)\nMarry or enter into a domestic partnership, or obtain a divorce, annulment, or dissolution of marriage or a termination of a domestic partnership in accordance with § 32-702(d), or § 16-904(e).\n\n(4)\nMake a will;\n\n(5)\nHold or dispose of property;\n\n(6)\nVote;\n\n(7)\nSue and be sued;\n\n(8)\nServe on a jury; and\n\n(9)\nEnjoy all benefits and privileges guaranteed by law.","path":["Title 7.
