To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n  \n\n(a)\nThe Mayor shall allow enrollees for the DC HealthCare Alliance (\"Alliance\") program to complete an application for recertification with the Department of Human Services:\n(1)\nIn person;\n(2)\nOver the telephone; and\n(3)\nThrough electronic means, including through a web-based portal.\n\n(b)\nApplicants for the Alliance program shall not be required to complete a face-to-face interview to establish eligibility for enrollment in the Alliance program or to recertify their enrollment in person.\n\n(c)\nRepealed.\n\n(d)\nRepealed.\n\n(e)\nEnrollees in the Alliance shall be required to recertify their enrollment on an annual basis.","path":["Title 99.
