Code § 7-1631","heading":"Definitions.","body":"For the purposes of this subchapter, the term:\n\n(1)\n“AIDS” means acquired immune deficiency syndrome.\n\n(2)\n“Department” means the Department of Health.\n\n(3)\n“HIV” means the human immunodeficiency virus.\n\n(4)\n“Program” means the Senior HIV/AIDS Education and Outreach Program established by § 7-1632.\n\n(5)\n“Senior” means an individual 50 years of age or older.","path":["Title 7.
