Code § 7-1633","heading":"Program administration.","body":"(a)\nThe Department shall:\n(1)\nAdminister the Program;\n(2)\nRecruit seniors to participate in the Program;\n(3)\nDetermine the training curriculum; and\n(4)\nSchedule no fewer than 8 education or community-outreach events annually, which shall be led by seniors who have successfully completed the Program. Each year, at least one event shall be held in each ward.\n\n(b)\nThe Department may contract with a community provider to train the seniors participating in the Program.\n\n(c)\nSubject to the availability of funds, the Department may provide a stipend to Program participants.","path":["Title 7.
