Code § 7-1721.06","heading":"Prohibited sellers.","body":"(a)\nExcept as provided in subsection (b) of this section, no tobacco product shall be sold to individual customers from mobile vending motor vehicles and trailers that sell retail food products ready for immediate consumption.\n\n(b)\nCigarettes may be sold at hotdog stands and construction site food wagons by vendors who are licensed pursuant to § 47-2404.\n\n(c)\nNo single cigar containing reconstituted tobacco products shall be sold to individual customers at convenience stores and gas stations.\n\n(d)\nRepealed.","path":["Title 7.
