Code § 7-2071.03","heading":"Program evaluation.","body":"(a)\nDHCF shall develop criteria to be used in evaluating the performance of the Ombudsman Program.\n\n(b)\n(1)\nDHCF shall obtain, biannually, an independent evaluation of the Ombudsman Program through an academic group or other independent, private-sector organization or the Office of the Inspector General. The evaluation shall take into account:\n(A)\nThe number of consumer problems handled;\n(B)\nThe success in resolving the consumer problems handled;\n(C)\nOutreach and community education activities;\n(D)\nSatisfaction of consumers served by the program; and\n(E)\nThe extent to which information was provided to the public and policy makers about problems faced by the consumers served.\n(2)\nDHCF shall decide whether to renew contracts based on the evaluation.\n(3)\nThe evaluation shall be available to the public upon request.\n(4)\nThe first evaluation shall take place no later than 2 years after April 12, 2005.","path":["Title 7.
