Code § 7-2413","heading":"Neighborhood Safety and Engagement Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Neighborhood Safety and Engagement Fund (\"Fund\"), which shall be administered by the Mayor in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.\n\n(b)\nFunds from the following sources shall be deposited into the Fund:\n(1)\nRepealed.\n(2)\nAll fees collected pursuant to § 50-1501.02k(b)(1).\n\n(c)\nMoney in the Fund shall only be used to support the duties of the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement as described in § 7-2411(b).\n\n(d)\n(1)\nThe money deposited into the Fund but not expended in a fiscal year shall not revert to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia at the end of a fiscal year, or at any other time.\n(2)\nSubject to authorization in an approved budget and financial plan, any funds appropriated in the Fund shall be continually available without regard to fiscal year limitation.","path":["Title 7.
