Code § 7-2502.09","heading":"Revocation of registration certificate.","body":"(a)\nA registration certificate shall be revoked if:\n(1)\nAny of the criteria in § 7-2502.03(a) are not currently met;\n(2)\nThe registered firearm has become an unregisterable firearm under the terms of § 7-2502.02, or a destructive device; or\n(3)\nThe information furnished to the Chief on the application for a registration certificate proves to be intentionally false.\n(4)\nRepealed.\n\n(b)\nRepealed.","path":["Title 7.
