Code § 7-661.09","heading":"Insurance and annuity policies.","body":"(a)\nThe sale, procurement, or issuance of any life, health, accident insurance, annuity policy, employment benefits, or the rate charged for any policy may not be conditioned upon or affected by the making or rescinding of a qualified patient's request for a covered medication.\n\n(b)\nA qualified patient's act of ingesting a covered medication shall not have an effect upon a life, health, accident insurance, annuity policy, or employment benefits.\n\n(c)\nNothing in this section shall be construed to limit the ability of an insurance or annuity provider from investigating a claim for benefits for a death.","path":["Title 7.
