Code § 7-736.06","heading":"Licensure pathways program.","body":"(a)\nBeginning on October 1, 2025, the Department of Health shall establish and administer a licensure pathways program (\"program\") for the purpose of assisting internationally trained health professionals in obtaining the licensure and credentials necessary to practice in the District.\n\n(b)\nThe program shall provide:\n(1)\nGuidance on the licensure application process;\n(2)\nInformation on examinations, educational requirements, and training requirements;\n(3)\nAssistance with accessing resources for language support and exam preparation; and\n(4)\nAny other services the Department of Health deems necessary.","path":["Title 7.
