Code § 7-736.07","heading":"DC Health and Wellness Center Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the DC Health and Wellness Center Fund (\"Fund\"), which shall be administered by the Department of Health in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.\n\n(b)\nAll payments made for services rendered at the DC Health and Wellness Center and affiliated clinics shall be deposited in the Fund, including:\n(1)\nPayments received from third-party insurance reimbursements;\n(2)\nOut-of-pocket payments collected from individuals; and\n(3)\nOther collections.\n\n(c)\nMoney in the Fund shall be used solely to support the operations of the DC Health and Wellness Center and affiliated clinics.\n\n(d)\n(1)\nThe money deposited into the Fund, including any interest earned, but not expended in a fiscal year shall not revert to the unassigned fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia at the end of a fiscal year, or at any other time.\n(2)\nSubject to authorization in an approved budget and financial plan, any funds appropriated in the Fund shall be continually available without regard to fiscal year limitation.","path":["Title 7.
