Code § 7-761.05c","heading":"Contribution to Costs of Supports Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Contribution to Costs of Supports Fund ('Fund'), which shall be administered by DDS in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.\n\n(b)\nThe Fund shall consist of contributions to costs of supports collected by DDS from persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities pursuant to § 7-761.05b.\n\n(c)\nThe Fund shall be used by DDS to pay the costs of occupancy to persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities consistent with federal and local law and regulations.\n\n(d)\n(1)\nThe money deposited into the Fund, and interest earned, shall not revert to the unrestricted fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia at the end of a fiscal year, or at any other time.\n(2)\nSubject to authorization in an approved budget and financial plan, any funds appropriated in the Fund shall be continually available without regard to fiscal year limitation.","path":["Title 7.
