To see the current law (including emergency and temporary legislation, if relevant) click this link: Current Version*\n  \n\n(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Fund (\"Fund\"), which shall be administered by the Director of the Department of Energy and Environment in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.\n\n(b)\nRevenue collected under this subchapter from the Department of Energy and Environment's review of construction plans for erosion and sediment control shall be deposited in the Fund.\n\n(c)\nMoney in the Fund shall be used for the purposes of supporting and administering the soil erosion and sediment control programs of the Department of Energy and Environment.\n\n(d)\n(1)\nThe money deposited into the Fund shall not revert to the unrestricted fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia at the end of a fiscal year, or at any other time.\n(2)\nSubject to authorization in an approved budget and financial plan, any funds appropriated in the Fund shall be continually available without regard to fiscal year limitation.","path":["Title 99.
