Code § 8-151.08e","heading":"Public reporting.","body":"(a)\nThe Director shall, consistent with applicable federal railroad safety laws, publish on a biannual basis, information related to railroad safety and security, including:\n(1)\nThe quantity of hazardous materials that were transported within or through the District by railroad during the reporting period; and\n(2)\nThe railroad inspection, investigation, and surveillance activities performed by the Department under §§ § 8-151.08c and § 8-151.08f during the reporting period.\n\n(b)\nIn publishing the information required by subsection (a) of this section, the Director shall take into account public safety and confidentiality necessary for public security.","path":["Title 8.
