Code § 8-181.05","heading":"Climate Change and Resiliency Fund.","body":"(a)\nThere is established as a special fund the Climate Change and Resiliency Fund, which shall be administered by the Department of Energy and Environment on behalf of the Commission in accordance with subsection (c) of this section.\n\n(b)\nRevenue from the following sources shall be deposited into the Fund:\n(1)\nAppropriations;\n(2)\nPrivate gifts or donations; and\n(3)\nFederal grants, when awarded.\n\n(c)\nMoney in the Fund shall be used to fulfill the functions and duties of the Commission, as set forth in § 8-181.03.\n\n(d)\n(1)\nThe money deposited into the Fund, and interest earned, shall not revert to the unrestricted fund balance of the General Fund of the District of Columbia at the end of a fiscal year, or at any other time.\n(2)\nSubject to authorization in an approved budget and financial plan, any funds appropriated in the Fund shall be continually available without regard to fiscal year limitation.","path":["Title 8.
