Code § 8-2101.01","heading":"Establishment of Bureau of Rodent Control.","body":"(a)\nThere is established within the Department of Health a Bureau of Rodent Control (“Bureau”).\n\n(b)\nThe Bureau shall be responsible for the control and elimination of rodents in the District that serve as vectors for disease, including but not limited to:\n(1)\nThe treatment and baiting of public spaces for rodents;\n(2)\nThe conducting of surveys of locations; and\n(3)\nThe coordination of public outreach, education and enforcement efforts relating to cleanliness and rodent control.","path":["Title 8.
