Code § 8-2208","heading":"Suspension or revocation of license.","body":"(a)\nThe Department may suspend or revoke the license of a wildlife control operator if the applicant:\n(1)\nViolates the provisions of this chapter or the conditions of the license; or\n(2)\nEngages in fraudulent business practices.\n\n(b)\nThe Department shall suspend or revoke the license of a wildlife control operator if the applicant is convicted of an offense set forth in Chapter 10 of Title 22 [§ 22-1001 et seq.].","path":["Title 8.
