C. § 201","heading":"Appointment; composition.","body":"The Delaware Code Revisors (the Revisors) shall consist of 2 attorneys-at-law licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of the State who shall be appointed by the Governor. At the time of appointment, the 2 attorneys shall not be members of the same political party. One shall be appointed for a period terminating with the 126th General Assembly and one shall be appointed for a period terminating with the 127th General Assembly. Thereafter all appointments shall be for a term of 4 years. In case of a vacancy the Governor shall make an appointment for the unexpired term.","path":["Title 1. General Provisions","CHAPTER 2.
