C. § 4751","heading":"Time for entry; penalty for failure to satisfy; jurisdiction.","body":"(a) Every person to whom a sum is due by judgment, who receives satisfaction of the same, shall forthwith cause such satisfaction to be entered upon the record of the judgment.\n(b) Whoever being the holder of a judgment wilfully fails to satisfy a judgment upon the record as required by subsection (a) of this section, shall be fined not more than $500 for each such failure.\n(c) The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction of offenses under this section.","path":["Title 10.
